EAASIS+ Small Group Gathering – Casual Meetup with DIS International Students

The DIS Office is offering financial support for group meals that include international DIS students, 

in an effort to provide more opportunities for socializing and interaction among both international and Korean students.

Please refer to the information below for details on how to apply.

1. Event period for Fall 2025: September 1 (Mon) – December 19 (Fri)

2. How to Apply

1️⃣Groups can be composed of both Korean and international students, but must include at least one international student. (Open to both GKS and IS students)

2️⃣One representative student should send an email to the DIS Office (dis@ewha.ac.kr) with the information below to express interest in applying. 

→ Name and student ID of the group representative

→ Names and student IDs of all participating students

→ Clearly indicate which members hold foreign nationality

3️⃣The office will reply with available dates, and you may choose your preferred date at that time. (The card may be picked up only between 2:00 p.m. and 4:30 p.m.)

3. Steps to return the card

1️⃣ The corporate card must be returned by 2:00 p.m. on the day after it is borrowed. If the card is borrowed on a Friday, it must be returned by 2:00 p.m. on the following Monday. 

2️⃣ Before returning the card, please send the following to the DIS Office email:

→ A group photo clearly showing all participants

→ A final list of participants

4. Important Notes - Please make sure to read the following guidelines carefully before coming to the office to pick up the corporate card

1️⃣ The representative students must bring their student ID when picking up the card from the office.

2️⃣ The card must be returned by 2:00 PM the day after it is used. (the following Monday after a Friday pickup)

3️⃣ Alcoholic beverages must not be included on the receipt. Please ensure compliance with this rule.

4️⃣ After making a payment at a restaurant, you must keep the receipt and submit it to the office with the card.

5️⃣ Before returning the card to the office, please send a group photo showing the attendees to e600057@ewha.ac.kr

6️⃣ The meal allowance is limited to 15,000 won per person, so please ensure that the total amount on the receipt does not exceed 15,000 won multiplied by the number of people.

7️⃣ If the corporate card is lost, the student who borrowed it is fully responsible, so please be careful not to lose it.
