[국제학부] 25학번 재학생 전공결정 시행안내 (IS/GKS)

 ※모든 접수는 아래 공지된 기한이 지나면 불가하오니, 신청기간을 엄수하여 주시기 바랍니다 

1. 전공결정 신청 대상자

1) 전공결정 대상자

① 25-02학기 현재 재학 중인 25학번 신입생으로, 25-02학기에 2학기째 재학 중인 자

② 지난 24-02학기에 이수학기 부족으로 전공결정 신청을 하지 못 한 국제학부 25-02학기 재학생으로, 현재 25-02학기 기준 이수학기가 3학기째인 자

2) 유의사항

①  25-02학기 혹은 25-01학기를 휴학한 25학번 신입생은 이번 신청기간이 아닌 내년(26년도)에 신청 가능 (이때 26-02학기 기준 3학기째 이수 중이어야 함)  

②  전공예약자 및 특별전형입학생(일부전형)으로서, 입학 당시 전공이 이미 정해진 경우 전공결정 대상자가 아님.

2. 유레카 신청 기한 및 절차

1) 유레카 신청기간: 2025년 11월 17일(월) 09:00 ~ 11월 28일(금) 17:00 

2) 유레카 신청방법: 마이유레카 → 학사 → 학적 → 학과/전공결정신청및결과조회

① 지원전공 선택 후 <신청> 클릭

② <신청서 출력> 클릭하여 ‘학과/전공결정 승인신청서’ 출력

③ 본인 날인 후 국제학부 행정실(국제교육관 707호)에 제출:  지도교수님 란에는 교수님 성함만 적고 교수님 날인은 받지 않은 채로 제출 

3. 행정실로의 신청서 대면접수 기한 및 방법 안내

1) 행정실 대면 제출 마감기한: ~11/28 (금) 16:00

2) 유의사항

 ① 행정실에 제출하는 '학과/전공결정 승인신청서'의 지도교수님 란에는 본인 지도교수님의 '성함만' 기재. (날인은 받지 않고 행정실로 제출) 

②  유레카 신청과 학과/전공결정 승인신청서 접수를 모두 해야만 전공결정 신청이 완료됨.

4. 전공결정 승인결과 조회

1) 발표일시: 2026년 1월 26일(월) 14:00 이후 예정

2) 개인별 확인 방법: [마이유레카-학사-학적-학과/전공결정신청및결과조회]에서 조회 가능

[DIS] Major Selection Notice for the Class of 2025 (IS/GKS)

1. Eligibility for Major Selection

1) Students eligible for major selection

① Students admitted in 2025 (25학번) who are currently enrolled in the 2025-2 semester and are in their 2nd semester of enrollment.

② Students of the College of International Studies who could not apply for major selection in 2024-2 due to insufficient completed semesters, and who are now in their 3rd semester of enrollment as of 2025-2.

2) Important notes

① Students who took a leave of absence in 2025-1 or 2025-2 are not eligible to apply during this period.
They will be able to apply next year (2026), provided that they are in their 3rd semester of enrollment as of 2026-2.

② Students whose major was already fixed at the time of admission (e.g. major-reserved students or certain special admission tracks) are not eligible for this major selection and do not need to apply.

2. Application Period and Procedure in Eureka portal

1) Eureka portal application period: November 17 (Mon), 2025, 09:00 – November 28 (Fri), 2025, 17:00

2) How to apply: Eureka → 학사 (Academic Affairs) → 학적 (Student Records) → 학과/전공결정신청및결과조회 (Application / Result for Major Selection)

① Select your desired major and click “신청 (Apply)”.
② Click “신청서 출력 (Print Application)” to print the form titled “학과/전공결정 승인신청서 (Application for Approval of Major Selection)”.
③ Sign the form (student’s signature) and submit it in person to the DIS Office (International Education Building, Room 707).

- In the “지도교수님 (Academic Advisor)” field, please write only the name of your advisor.

- Do not obtain your advisor’s signature; submit the form without the advisor’s seal/signature.

3. Submission of Printed Application Form to DIS Office

1) In-person submission deadline (DIS Office): By November 28 (Fri), 2025, 16:00

2) Important notes

① On the “학과/전공결정 승인신청서 (Application for Approval of Major Selection)” submitted to the DIS Office, in the “Academic Advisor” section, write only your advisor’s name.
(No advisor signature/seal is required; submit directly to the DIS Office.)

② Your major selection is only completed when you have: (a) submitted your application in Eureka, and (b) submitted the printed Application for Approval of Major Selection to the DIS Office.

Both steps are mandatory.

4. Checking the Result of Major Selection

1) Announcement date and time: Scheduled for January 26 (Mon), 2026, after 14:00

2) How to check individually: Eureka → 학사 (Academic Affairs) → 학적 (Student Records) → 학과/전공결정신청및결과조회 (Application / Result for Major Selection)
