2025학년도 전기(2026년 2월) 졸업생 대상으로 배부될 영문 졸업증서(학위기)의 영문성명은 학적상 영문성명과 동일하게 반영되므로, 졸업예정자는 아래와 같이 기간 내 반드시 영문성명 확인 및 변경을 완료해 주시기 바랍니다.

1. 대상자: 외국어교육특수대학원 재학생(또는 수료생) 중 2026년 2월 졸업예정자

2. 확인 및 변경 방법

 1) 확인 방법: 유레카>학사행정>학생종합정보>개인정보변경>영문이름에서 확인

 2) 확인해야할 사항

  - 여권 성명과 스펠링을 동일하게 표기함

  - “성, 이름” (성,(콤마) 한칸 띄고 이름) 형식을 기본으로 함(예: KIM, EWHA)

  단, 기본형식을 원하지 않는 경우 원하는 형식으로 입력 가능

 * 영문 졸업증서(학위기)에는 모두 대문자로 표기되며, 입력된 소문자는 자동 변환 예정임.

 3) 변경 방법: 학적기재사항 정정원(첨부서식) 및 여권사본을 외특원행정실에 제출하여 변경

             (단, 여권이 없는 경우 자국의 여권상 영문성명 표기 방법에 준하여 표기)

3. 확인 및 변경 기간: 2025. 12. 4.(목) ~ 2026. 1. 19.(월)

4. 유의사항

  - 영문성명 미입력자는 영문 졸업증서(학위기)를 교부하지 않음

  - 졸업증서(학위기)는 재발급 또는 추가 발급되지 않음

  - 졸업예정자는 확인 및 변경기간 종료 후 영문 졸업증서(학위기) 발급 작업이 진행되는 졸업일자인 2026. 2. 23.(월)까지 영문명 수정 불가함

Please see the following for details of English name confirmation and change to issue the English diploma for prospective graduates of February 2026. 

1. Eligibility: Prospective graduates of February 2026 (Students of the Graduate School of Teaching Foreign Languages) 

2. How to check your name

 A. Menu: 유레카>학사행정>학생종합정보>개인정보변경>영문이름

   (EUREKA Portal>Academic affairs>Student Information>Personal Information>English Name)

 B. You must match the name printed in your diploma to the exact name as it appears on your passport.

 C. Last Name, First name in order: “Last Name,(Comma)(Blank)First Name” 

   (ex: KIM, EWHA)

 * In case you do not want to follow the given name order, you can use a different order as you wish. 

3. How to change your name: Submit a copy of your passport and ‘Correction of school registration form(attached Form)’ to the TFL Office for change.

  (If you don't have a passport, it should be marked in accordance with the English name notation method on your country's passport)

4. Confirmation Period: December 4(Thur), 2025 ~ January 19(Mon), 2026

 * English Diploma will not be issued to students who did not register their English names in EUREKA.

 * Diploma will not be reissued.

 * Please be noted that students cannot change English name temporarily after the confirmation period until the graduation day.
