1. 최종 결과 확인

- 최종 결과: 클릭 (2024.6.7. 17:00부터 조회 가능)

- ID: 수험번호 (ex. SAIS090)/ 비밀번호: 생년월일 6자리 입력 (YYMMDD)/ 인증번호: 6자리 (진학사에서 지원 시 작성한 번호)

2. 합격자 유의사항 

합격자는 아래 설문조사 및 필요 서류들을 기한 내로 제출하여 주시기 바랍니다. (첨부된 학과별 안내집을 반드시 확인하시기 바랍니다.)

1) 장학금 설문조사 2024.6.10.(월) 15:00까지 링크에서 설문조사 제출 (수혜자 추후 개별 연락예정)

2) 등록예정확인 조사 2024.6.21.(금) 17:00까지 링크에서 설문조사 제출 

*등록예정으로 응답한 경우, 학력조회동의서 제출:  2024.6.21.(금) 17:00까지 첨부된 ‘서식 1-11 학력조회 동의서’를 서명하여 설문조사 시 제출.

-자세한 사항은 설문조사 내 설명 참조. [파일명:  지원번호_성명]

-설문조사에 파일 업로드 불가한 경우, 국제대학원행정실 (gsis97@ewha.ac.kr)로 문의

*등록포기로 응답한 경우, 등록포기각서 제출: 2024.6.21.(금) 17:00까지 첨부된 '서식 1-10 등록포기각서'를 서명하여 신분증 사본과 함께 설문조사 시 제출.

3) 표준입학허가서 조사 (비자 관련) 2024.6.21.(금) 17:00까지 링크에서 설문조사 제출 

(표준입학허가서는 등록 완료 외국인 대상으로 발급됨으로, 표준입학허가서 발급이 필요한 경우에 한해서 사전에 설문조사 제출) 

4) 최종 학적 서류 (졸업증명서, 성적증명서) 제출

- 전형과정 중 학력검증 확인을 받은 최종 학적 서류(졸업증명서, 성적증명서)를 미제출한 자

2024.6.28.(금) 17:00까지 학력 검증 절차 완료한 졸업증명서 및 성적증명서 제출

- 전형과정 중 졸업예정증명서를 제출한 자

2024.7.26.(금) 17:00까지 학력 검증 절차 완료한 졸업증명서 및 성적증명서 제출 

[학력 검증 절차] 

*국내대학 졸업자: 졸업증명서 및 성적증명서 원본 제출 

*해외국가 소재 대학 졸업자: 아포스티유 혹은 영사확인 완료된 졸업증명서 및 성적증명서 제출 (자세한 사항은 모집요강 확인)

5) 학과별 오픈하우스 관련 자세한 사항은 6월 중 각 학과에서 이메일 안내 예정입니다.

3. 대기합격자 유의사항

- 등록포기로 인해 여석 발생 시 대기 순번대로 추가합격 메일 안내 예정

- 대기합격자 또한 장학금 설문조사 2024.6.10.(월) 15:00까지 링크에서 설문조사 제출 (추후 추가합격 결과와 함께 수혜자의 경우 개별 연락예정)

- 추후 추가합격 시 참고할 수 있도록 학과별 오픈하우스 참석 기회 제공 (관련 안내 사항 메일 발송 예정)

1. Result

- Final Result: Click (Available from 2024.6.7. 17:00)

- Login ID: Application number (ex. SAIS090)/ Password: 6 digits of the birth date (YYMMDD)/ Authentication Number: 6 digits (The number entered when applying through Jinhak Apply)

2. Instructions for admitted students

Please make sure to submit the following surveys and documents required for admitted students within the designated date. (Please make sure to read all the files in the attachment.)

1)  Scholarship Survey

 Complete the survey in the Link by 2024.6.10.(Mon), 15:00 (KST)

 (Result of the scholarship will be notified to the recipients individually.)

2) Intent to Register

 Complete the survey in the Link by 2024.6.21.(Fri), 17:00 (KST).

* Applicants who are willing to register: Please upload the '(Form 1-11) Letter of Agreement' in 1 PDF file in the survey by 2024.6.21.(Fri), 17:00 (KST).

- Please refer to the detailed instruction in the survey (File Name: Applicant Number_Name)

- If you cannot upload the form in the survey, please contact GSIS office (gsis97@ewha.ac.kr)

* Applicants who want to resign from enrollment: Please upload the '(Form 1-10) Resignation of Enrollment' with copy of your passport in 1 PDF file in the survey

 by 2024.6.21.(Fri), 17:00 (KST).

3) Survey for ‘Certificate of Admission’ (Visa-related) 

This certificate is issued to those international students after their completion of the payment.

As it is a required document for issuing a VISA, students who would like to receive its certificate after the payment in the registration period should complete the survey in advance in the Link by 2024.6.21.(Fri.) 17:00 (KST).

4) Submission of Academic Documents (Diploma & Transcript)

- Applicants who did not submit authenticated documents during the application process 

: Submit the Diploma & Transcript that has been authenticated* by 2024.6.28.(Fri.) 17:00 (KST)

- Prospective Graduates who submitted Certificate of expected graduation during the application process

: Submit the Diploma & Transcript that has been authenticated* by 2024.7.26.(Fri.) 17:00 (KST)

[*Authentication Procedures for Academic Documents]

- Graduates of university located in Korea: Original Copy of Diploma (Graduate Certificate) & Transcript that shows issuance number.

- Graduates of university located in a country other than Korea: Please refer to the admission guideline for detailed information.

5) Open House Details regarding Online Open House will be sent by each Department via email within June.

3. Applicants on the Waitlist

- If there is any vacancy due to the resignation of the enrollment, email will be sent individually based on the order of the waitlist.

- Please Complete the scholarship survey in the Link by 2024.6.10.(Mon.), 15:00 (KST). (Result of the scholarship will be notified to the recipients individually later on with the result of additional acceptance.)

- Details regarding Online Open House will be also sent to the applicants on the waitlist.
