What is Cooperative Education?

  • Cooperative Education is a program that supports the successful entry of Ewha students into society. By establishing agreements with various companies and organizations, it offers opportunities to gain on-site experience based on the knowledge acquired at school, thereby developing practical skills and enhancing adaptability to the workplace.

  • In the current recruitment trend, which highly values job-specific competencies, Cooperative Education is the most recommended experience while in school. It is an excellent opportunity to first-hand experience the company (occupation) and job role you hope to pursue in the future.

Cooperative Education General Elective Course

Courses
  • The Cooperative Education courses offered at this university are divided into Major Courses and General Elective Courses (students must choose one, and dual enrollment is not allowed).
    • · Major Courses: Students must register directly for the course (The registration method and period may differ by major, so please inquire with the respective department office).
    • · General Elective Courses: EWHA Career Development Center Cooperative Education Support Center handles group registration.
  • For General Elective Courses, students can apply regardless of their major, and applications are accepted according to the internship period of the corresponding semester in which the internship will take place.
