SPL (Systems Pharmacology Lab, Prof. Wankyu Kim) aims to develop an innovative approach towards precision medicine. We are interested in applying both computational and experimental approaches in order to gain systems level understanding of diseases and drug mode-of-action (MoA), facilitating the infamously difficult process of drug discovery & development. To this end, our work typically involves large-scale analysis of biological big data such as genome, transcriptome, and drug screening data.
