[Dorm] 2026 July Short-term dormitory application guide



1. Application Schedule (Can be changed due to internal issues)

 - Residence Period: June 29th(Mon) ~ July 21st(Tue) 

 - Official Move-In date: June 29th(Mon), from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. 

 - Official Move-Out date: July 21st(Tue) , by 09:30 a.m.

  •   *Move-in hours (after the official move-in date): Weekdays (Mon~Fri) 10:00 a.m. ~ 5:00 p.m.(Move-In/out is not available on weekends



2. Application Qualification                                                  

 - Students registered for the 2026 July Short-term Program (Tuition payment must also be completed.)



3. Application period                                                        

- April 6th(Mon) 00:00 ~ April 17th (Fri) 23:59 (KST) *Please strictly observe the application period.



4. Room Type and Fee   (Can be changed due to internal issues)

   go to “Facilities” => “Amenities”(Hanwoori House) for more information and photos on the facilities of the dormitory.



5. How to Apply                                                            

Go to our website (http://atom.ewha.ac.kr/

→ Log in with the ID used for course application

→ dormitory 

→ dormitory application 

→ Korean short-term course 2026 Summer(July) semester dormitory application 

→ Submit Application 

→ Save 

※ If you are unable to apply for the dormitory even after submitting online application for short-term course, please try again after refreshing the page.



6. Announcement of Application Results & Dormitory Fee Payment Information

- Will be announced individually through email on April 20th(Mon)



7. Dormitory Fee Payment                                                  

- April 20th(Mon) ~ April 24th (Fri) (KST)


  • ※Please make payment after checking the application result announcement delivered through email.
  • ※Please strictly adhere to the payment deadline (The room will be given to other applicants on the waiting list if the payment is not made by the due date.)
  • ※Send the payment receipt to kfldorm@ewha.ac.kr by the payment due date.
  • ※Sender/Depositor Name’ should be the student’s name.



8. Required Document Submission                                          

- A copy of passport

※ Submission Period: On the day of move-in.

※ Condition: Paper submission only

 All students in dormitory are required to submit the document to dormitory office

10. Note                                                                   

  1.  1. If you have not registered or cancel ELC short-term course, the dormitory application will automatically be cancelled.
  2.  2. Dormitory placement is on a first-come, first-served basis. Room assignments and roommates will be randomly assigned. 
  3.  3. Application will be cancelled if dormitory fee is not paid by the deadline.
  4.  4. Dormitory is a communal living space, and there may be various inconveniences such as noise, personality/age/nationality/lifestyle differences. 
  5.       It is impossible to move room after moving in, so please apply after consideration.
  6.  5. If there is a discrepancy between the Korean version of this notice and the English, Chinese, or Japanese version, the Korean version shall take precedence.
