Kim Hye-rim, Dean of the Graduate School of Translation and Interpretation at Ewha Womans University, is a highly experienced Chinese-Korean interpreter and translator and an authority in the field of translation and interpretation research. She received her doctorate degree from Hankuk University of Foreign Studies with a dissertation titled “Study on Interference from Cognate Signifiants in Korean-Chinese Translation”. She also has a wide experience in revising translations of various works from the Chinese cultural sphere, and is a veteran international conference interpreter with 25 years of experience. Currently, she is serving as Chairman of the National Institute of the Korean Language''s Public Terminology Standardization Committee, member of the Korea Tourism Organization''s Advisory Committee for Spelling of Foreign Loan Words, and member of the National Language Deliberation Council under the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism. Her major translations and publications include <i>Kim Hye-rim''s Chinese Translation and Interpretation Dictionary</i> (Ewha Womans University Press) and <i>The History of Chinese Translation Ideology</i> (Ewha Womans University Press).

Gang Young-mae is a translator (Chinese-Korean). She received her B.A. (1986) in Chinese Language & Literature from Ewha Womans University, her M.A. (1988) in Chinese Language & Literature from National Taiwan Normal University, and her Ph.D. (2001) in Chinese Language & Literature from Yonsei University. 

She is a translator specializing in domains such as history and culture.
