Check-Out Procedure (including check-out during the semester and final check-out)
1. Pick up the “Clean up list” located in front of the housing office
2. Clean and organize your room according to the clean up list
3. Submit the form in the box in front of the housing office after you are done writing the list
Notes
• When you are moving out, the room should be emptied completely. Also, the room should be cleaned and organized.
• Any items lent by the housing office (card keys, etc.) must be returned. The housing office can request compensation when items are lost or damaged.
• Leaving any personal items in both communal spaces and rooms is prohibited. The housing office is not responsible of loss or disuse of any items including packages left at the dormitory.
• Penalty points can be imposed when a resident does not submit the clean up list or fails to clean the room.
• Please change your address for any mail or packages so that such are not delivered to the dormitory after you check out.
• Friends and family members cannot enter the dormitory during check-out.
