Eviction by Demerit Points

[Eviction: How to check out of your room during the semester] Updated on 20.03.31



※You will be evicted when your accumulated demerit points are 10 or more

※You must check out of your room within 2 weeks pf receiving the eviction notice

Immediate eviction may be required depending on the severity of the situation


1. Prior to check-out, save your bank account information on Eureka for refund

※Login on Eureka → MyEureka → Academic Affairs → Student Information → My Bank Account → Save your Bank code, Account number, Account holder name

※It should be Korean account number of your own. Please make sure to save the full account number with no errors.

※In case international students cannot save your name due to length limit, please email to dormitory with a copy of your bank account  


2. Submit "Move-out Request Form" 2 weeks prior to your check-out date

※Please email us with a copy of your Korean bank account when you fail or forget to save your bank account information on Eureka

3. Clean your room and your unit and visit the housing office during office hours(9AM-7PM weekdays) for inspection

※Failure to report your check-out will result in demerit points


4. Return any items (entrance card, sheets, etc.) you borrowed from the housing office upon your check-out

※You will be charged for any loss or damage


5. After check-out, any mails or packages will be returned so please make sure them to be forwarded to your home address
