The selection of GSB exchange students for Fall 2026 will take place as follows.

[Selection Schedule]

1) Information Session: Replaced by Notice (attached file No. 2)

2) Submission of Documents

- Dates: January 20^th, 2026 (Tuesday) ~ January 29^th, 2026 (Thursday)

- Announcement of Document Screening Results: February 5^th, 2026 (Thursday) 

3) Interview

- Dates: Mid February (it will be announced individually)

- Announcement of Final Results: Mid February  

※ The exact date of the interview will be announced later

[Requirements]

① Applicants’ requirements: MBA student

※ MBA students will be able to apply only to universities that accept “both undergraduate and graduate” students as written in the attached Excel file.

※ If you are a foreign student, please check visa-related issues with immigration offices or embassies in advance

② GPA: cumulative GPA of over 3.0/4.3

③ English test score:

- English test scores taken after January 1^st, 2025

※ You will be able to apply to certain universities according to their required English test scores. (attached file No. 3)

④ Completed Semesters

(1) GSB: students who are in their regular semesters and who have completed 1 semester

- You can apply if you are on Leave of Absence but you can participate in the program only in your regular semester. You won’t be able to participate in an additional semester.

- If you participate as an exchange student in your last regular semester (3^rd semester/4^th semester), you will have to register for an additional semester after the exchange program.

※ Some universities will have other additional requirements (attached file No. 3) 

⑤ Acquisition of Credits 

- Acquisition of 9 credits of the mandatory courses

- It has to be completed before the exchange semester

① Application Form (see attached file)

- Please write your name as written in your passport

- Gmail address is recommended

② Written Oath for the Application of the Exchange Program (see attached file)

③ Statement of Purpose  (see attached file)

④ Transcript in Korean and English

- Out of 4.3

-Please highlight the courses and grades of the mandatory courses

⑤ English test score (TOEFL or TOEIC)

- Only tests taken after January 1^st, 2025

- In person: please submit all the documents to Shinsegae Building 309 International Office (Office Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. Lunch Time: 12pm to 1pm)(Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays will be closed)

- Documents to be submitted: Documents ① to ⑤ (we will only accept documents submitted until January 29^th)

※ Submitted documents won’t be returned. If you don’t meet the requirements or don’t submit all the required documents, you will be excluded from the document screening.
