[공지] Dormitory Entrance Cancellation and Move-Out Application
1. Dormitory Entrance Cancellation: Until one day before the official check-in date
(based on the application submission date on EUREKA)
2. Refund Period of Housing Fee of 24-Winter When Moving Out
- Residents living in the dormitory consecutively since 24-Fall: Refund available when moving out during December 20th (Fri) 2024 to January 16th (Thur) 2025
- Residents Living in the Dormitory ONLY for 24-Winter: Refund available when moving out during December 24th (Tue) 2024 to January 16th (Thur) 2025

3. How to Apply

- Please refer to the attachment for instruction on how to apply on EUREKA
4. Notes
- When you cancel your dormitory entrance or move out during the semester, note that the future dormitory assignments will be automatically canceled
- If you intend to live at the dormitory after cancellation or move-out, you are able to apply from the next semester; reapplying for the same semester is prohibited
- Check-out Procedure: bring the check-out list ⇨ pack & clean up the room ⇨ submit the check-out list ⇨ check-out procedure completed
※ The room inspection will be carried out after the check-out. Any remaining items, which will be disposed of, can lead to receiving demerit points
