Individual counseling

Individual counseling sessions provide a place for one-to-one discussion of personal problems and possible solutions.

It also provides an opportunity for further understanding of oneself and promote personal growth.

Counseling is not limited to pathological issues. People come to counseling with various issues from minor difficulties to traumatic incidents in their lives. Topics commonly brought to counseling are: depression, anxiety, emotional difficulties, interpersonal relationship, behavioral problems, habits, sexuality, dating, academics, career, stress. Other topics are brought to counseling; it will be based on an individualized plan co-created by the student and a counselor.
Experts in counseling are here to help and support you.

Each individual session is 50 minutes long.
Counseling usually continues for 10 sessions. However, number of sessions can be flexible; a student and a counselor can discuss to set number of sessions.
Appointments can be made at the school’s website, Eureka. Students will be scheduled a brief initial interview and be assigned to a counselor.

个人咨询是指在独自无法解决困难时, 与专业咨询师1对1一起来考虑所面临的问题,

这不仅仅是为了解决问题,更为了加深和拓宽对自己的了解以及关爱的成长过程。

心理咨询,并不是只有精神异常者才可以接受。
就像受了外伤或者得了感冒时去医院看病一样, 在我们心灵收了伤或者遇到自己独自难以解决的问题时,和专业心理师一起分享内心的烦恼或痛苦的话,会发现问题会更容易解决。

个人心理咨询的内容可以包括 :
抑郁,焦虑不安等情绪问题,性格问题,人际关系问题,行为或习惯为题,性或异性问题,学习,成绩,考试焦虑,专业选择,毕业后就业问题等,个人所感受的任何困难都可以成为咨询主题。

个人咨询每回50分钟,咨询回数(咨询次数)由内访者和咨询师商议,一般以10回为基准进行。
咨询申请可通过学校主页유레카申请,在预约时间后通过简单的接收咨询来决定咨询师。

  • 报告,发表再加上考试,要做的事那么多却一直在拖延的时候
