Ⅳ. Tips to avoid the Internet addiction (预防并对应网瘾)

1. Does the use of the Internet (including smart media devices such as smartphones) have any adverse effects on your daily life?

Check whether the use of the Internet is hindering your school life and academic work. Also, try to think carefully whether you experience any interpersonal conflicts with your family or your friends.

1. 因使用网络(手机及智能娱乐机器)日常生活有没有受到负面影响?

查看一下有没有因为使用网络而使学校生活或是学业受到影响。或是因为使用网络,而导致人际交往上的矛盾,想一想和家人或是和朋友间的摩擦,需要留心去注意。

2. Have you ever experienced physical symptoms caused by the use of the Internet (including smart media devices such as smartphones)?

Have you ever got a fuzzy head, or skipped meals, or got a dim eye, or had a stiff neck while on the Internet? An excessive use of internet media brings in nutritional deficiencies or excessiveness and adversely affects the functions of the body or the brains.

2. 因使用网络(手机及智能娱乐机器)而体验到身体上的不舒服(症状)?

因为使用网络会不会有头痛、眩晕,或是错过吃饭的时间,眼睛昏花,肩膀、颈部酸痛的经验?过多地使用网络媒体会影响到头脑的机能,以及给身体带来营养缺乏或过多摄取的影响。

3. Is the use of the Internet the only way to avoid stress?

Many people use smart media devices such as smartphones as a way to relieve stress. Try to find an alternative way such as talking to a friend, or exercise.

3. 释放压力的唯一方式就只有使用网络吗?

许多人为了释放压力而使用智能手机或是其他智能型的机器。以释放压力为目的而使用网络的情况下,往往会冲动,过多地使用,很困难调节网络使用程度,容易造成病理上的使用。尝试和朋友聊天,做运动等其他的对策方案。

4. Are your relationships with other people made mainly through the Internet?

Because of the shyness or the lack of human skills, people who have difficulty in interacting with others offline tend to rely on online relationships. Try to utilize your online relationships as a means to expanding your offline relations and appropriately apply online and offline relations to your actual interpersonal relations.

4. 和人们的交流只集中在网络上吗?

在很多网络成瘾的情况里,会发现和人们的交流只集中在网上。因人际交往技术上的不足、害羞等理由,比起面对面的交流,更倾向于在网络上的交流。在网上的人际关系往往是抽象的,比起面对面的交流有很多的制约性。学会把网络人际关系作为扩展实际面对面交流的工具并适当地活用这两种人际交往方式。
